Kurokumanotaki fall

 

 

‘ Kurokumanotaki' is the magnificent waterfall , which soars to the sky height 85m and width 15m in beech forest. It belongs to Takino Swamp, which is branch of Akaishi River.

 

It is said that ‘Kurokumanotaki' means ‘The fall of black bear', because the appearance of the fall resembles standing bear.

 

access: 50 minutes car driving leads you to the parking lot of Kurokuma fall, and you must walk 15 minutes from parking to the fall.

 

It is closed in Nov. to May.
