Shirakami　Barm

　‘Shirakami Barm' is European taste sweets created by the sweets shop ‘Satori' in Ajigasawa town. These sweets are sold in parking lot facility ‘Michinoeki Wando'.

The sweets shop ‘Satori' has been operating a tearoom with cake created since old times . As for Baumkuchen, Mr.Sato, who trained himself severely in Tokyo and later become the master of ‘Satori', has been making Baumkuchen since over 20 years ago. He has been devising its taste and color.

Six types of tastes are sold. Almond, sesame, powdered green tea, melon, pumpkin, and apple.
