Hiratakinuma Park

Hiratakinuma Park is the spot of seeing cherry blossoms.

This park is in low plain, but wind from Japan Sea reminds us of comfortable feeling like staying in highland. It is used as mellow spot of families, and the spot of school excursion. The lake Hiratakinuma which spreads 42 ha and 3m depth allow us to play wind surfing and fishing on the frozen lake. Beside the lake, many cherry blossoms bloom in spring.
